12. What do you understand by atomic bonding? Differentiate

16. Find charge densities in extrinsic semiconductor.

18. What properties of a semiconductor are determined from Hall effect experiment? Discuss the effects in details. Drive the expression for Hall effect.
 
19. What is Hall angle? Show that</sup> Θ_H= tan^-1(μB), where symbols have their usual meanings.

20. What is the role of fermi level in an extrinsic semiconductor and N type extrinsic semiconductor.
